Description
The City of Cedartown is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to Architectural Firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with architectural services for Federally Assisted Projects. The City of Cedartown is pursuing multiple projects may qualify for Federally Assisted Funding. Responding firms should be qualified to provide a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR), design, construction administration, and related services for projects utilizing federal funds such as a downtown streetscape project, pedestrian connectivity project, and a future phase of a performing arts center renovation.
