Amendment 00002 - The reason for this amendment is to update section 00 21 13 - Instructions to bidders to correct the weekday from "Monday" to "Thursday" for the closing date and BID Opening scheduled for Thursday, 11 June 2026.

Amendment 00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to establish the closing date and time to Tuesday, 02 June 2026 @ 2:00PM CST for Bidder Inquiry Questions and Answers in ProjNet.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District has a requirement for a construction contract for the project known as: CEDAR RAPIDS FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT PROJECT, REACH 1, SOUTH RAILYARD FLOODWALL.

The work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing and grubbing; metal sheet pile and steel H-pile installation; toe drain installation; floodwall construction; watermain modifications; storm sewer installation; riprap, bedding stone and aggregate surfacing placement; seeding and site restoration. All contractor access by barge.
