Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid.
The work consists of the exterior rehabilitation; includes but not limited to removal of all existing ¼” plywood wainscot sheathing approximately 4,465 square feet; removal of all existing ¼” plywood sheathing on 17qty. 7’ high decorative buttresses and 5qty. 12’ high buttresses and replacement with new ¾” sheathing; repair of existing ¾” plywood exterior sheathing where required or necessary; removal and replacement of dilapidated ¾” plywood steeple sheathing; removal and replacement of all existing battens and window trims approximately 1,210 lineal feet; temporary removal and re-installation of existing exterior electrical devices.
