Request for Proposals

REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL
The Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority will accept sealed proposals
from qualified firms until 2:00 p.m. (local time), July 22nd, 2026, for the following:
Administrative Office Furniture for the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage
Authority.
Firms are required to examine the entirety of the RFP prior to submitting
a Proposal.
The envelopes containing the Proposals must be sealed, addressed to the Cherokee
County Water and Sewerage Authority, delivered to the CCWSA Capital Improvements
Department, 110 Railroad Street, Canton, GA 30114, and designated as Administrative
Office Furniture in the lower left-hand corner. No Proposals will be accepted after
2:00 p.m. (local time), July 22nd 2026.
All proposal documents are available upon email request to
bryan.watkins@cherokeewaterga.gov and will be provided via a hyperlink.
Each Proposer must furnish, upon award of the Contract, a Performance Bond and a
Payment Bond. The Performance Bond shall be in a sum not less than one hundred
percent (100%) and the Payment Bond shall be in a sum not less than one hundred
percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work, and the appropriate
insurance certificate showing the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority as
an additional insured.
No Firm may withdraw its Proposal within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof.
Award of proposal will be made at a later date. The Cherokee County Water and
Sewerage Authority Water reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive
informalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to contract from time to time.
