Scope: Core requirements include, but are not limited to:
•        3” Surface C
•        3” Milling Existing Asphalt
•        Remove and replace existing RCP
•        Install 12” Smooth Wall Pipe (HP Storm is allowed)
•        Rehabilitation of 2 drainage structures (This is in conjunction with the installation of the 12” Smooth Wall Pipe)
•        Temporary and Thermoplastic pavement markings
