Project Description: Renovation of Sakamaki Hall classroom A411, B211, B301, B308, B309, B414 and C301. Scope of work includes selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, carpentry, interior plaster, sealants, window coverings, gypsum board, acoustical ceiling system, painting, flooring, electrical, air conditioning and insulation and miscellaneous related work. Prior to start of construction, the general contractor shall inventory, tag, label all existing furniture and furnishings. General contractor shall remove, transport and store all existing furniture and furnishings in protected and secured Pod(s) storage arrange and paid for by the general contractor prior to construction. All classrooms chairs with and without tables shall be stored in two designated classrooms in Kuykendall Hall Building. Upon completion of renovation work, the contractor shall return and reinstall all furniture and furnishings in each classroom in the original designated classroom locations.
