Summary All or None ** Maintenance/repairs as needed for ATV/UTV for DCNR WFF Headquarters. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO REPAIR Honda, Yamaha, Can Am, CF Moto ATVs/UTVS and side by sides. VENDOR MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN Montgomery County First year valid dates are 10/1/2026-9/30/2027 DCNR intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (25,000). See boiler plate. Contract term to not exceed 5 years and/or $25,000. To be renewed annually.
