Two (2) Elevator Modernizations in Each Tower

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:

Location of Site Meeting: Tower 1 - 1455 3 rd Avenue, Vancouver and
Tower 2 - 1425 3rd Avenue, Vancouver
Meeting Point - 1455 3 rd Avenue, Vancouver, V5N 1G7
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Modernization of 4 elevators (2 in each building) and as further set out at Appendices:
a. Appendix G – Specifications
b. Appendix H – Maintenance Agreement
Provide labour, materials, products, equipment, and services necessary for the modernization of the elevators in compliance with all relevant codes and barrier free access under Appendix G. Include the other trades as sub-contractors as required by BC Housing.
These four (4) elevator modernization projects (2 for each site) will be awarded to one (1) Contractor.
Each site (2) will have a separate contract.
