Description
The Town of Morinville is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for its 2025 neighbourhood rehabilitation program. The project consists of a small portion of deep utility work (some of which is provisional) and improvements surface infrastructure (road rehabilitation including concrete). This project is to be completed in 2025. The Contractor
will be required to complete the above noted work using the current version of the Town of Morinville’s Design and Construction Standards, specifications, contract documents, detailed design drawings, special provisions, and schedule of quantities (SOQ), in collaboration with Al-Terra (the Town’s Consultant/Engineer/Contract Manager). The Work consists of the supply of all labour, supervision, equipment, and materials for the construction of the Works shown on the detailed drawings.
