Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho, NM (City) is soliciting formal bids from qualified vendors. The scope of this solicitation includes laboratory testing for ground water sampling and analysis, sludge testing, and other special wastewater testing as required by federal, state, and local laws, rules, and/or regulations for municipal utility operations.
Testing, and analytical methods and procedures shall comply with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, current edition, and all rules established by the EPA regarding testing requirements and analytical methods for compliance monitoring under the Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act.
