The City of Sioux City, Iowa is hereby soliciting consultant qualifications for professional services to perform traffic analysis, survey, engineering design, inspection, and construction management services for the Hamilton Boulevard and Tri-View Avenue Intersection Improvements Project. This request invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for accomplishments of the items of work described below under Scope of Services. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements described in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Once the firm is selected, a contract will be negotiated based on a mutually agreed upon scope of services.
Proposals are being requested to perform traffic analysis, survey, engineering design, inspection, and construction management services for the Hamilton Boulevard and Tri-View Avenue Intersection Improvements Project. Consultant services and construction will be funded by the City of Sioux City using TIF funds and GO Bonds under (CIP) Project Number 719-381, Hamilton Boulevard and Tri-View Avenue Intersection Improvements. The project budget, including traffic analysis, survey, design, inspection, and construction is $6,100,000.
