Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the Construction Base Bid, to install a new 12" water line with stub outs lines for future connections and will install a new 8" sanitary sewer line with new manholes and stub out line for future connections along Idalia Rd from Loma Colorado Blvd to the Arroyo De La Barranca.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Offerors on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended.
