153rd Wyoming ANG Contracting in Cheyenne, WY hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Monaco Enterprises for procurement to provide updated servers, updated control systems and training.
All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:
CLIN 0001 - Reconfigure Servers in multiple locations
CLIN 0002 – Technology upgrades of equipment throughout Base
CLIN 0003 – Validate system and provide training on new equipment
This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement.
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Monaco Enterprises. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Monaco Enterprises to provide updated servers, updated control systems and training.
Period of Performance: 90 days ADC
Therefore, Monaco Enterprises is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement.
Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Thursday, 29 May 2025, 10:00pm MST to MSgt Chris Davalos, Christopher.davalos.1@us.af.mil and MSgt Kris Kahle, kristopher.kahle@us.af.mil.. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
