UPDATE: APRIL 09, 2026- The RE/SMEs in support of the DISA Voice Services Support of UC, the Ribbon SS and Associated Network Components Services requirement will be competed via GSA MAS. The RFP is anticipated to be posted April 2026. The Government is NOT asking for additional responses from this posting.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
SD/SD3 is seeking information from potential sources for: providing direct, on-site resources for all technical aspects (network analysis, management, troubleshooting, optimization, and training activities) related to Ribbon products and their operational integration with other contractor products in the network to deploy a viable system end-to-end. The contractor shall provide engineering support services to maintain the Ribbon hardware and software at DISA. Contractor services provided include corrective and preventative maintenance, optimization of the operational configuration and support for Ribbon Multiservice Fixed and Mobile Solutions and Wide-Area Network equipment.
