Description

This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (“the Municipality”) to prospective bidders to submit a bid (“Bid”) for Regional Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection – General Contracted Services, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Municipality is using an electronic Bidding System to manage this competitive procurement process. To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via email regarding this RFT, or if a respondent has obtained this RFT document from a third party, the onus is on the bidder to create a Bidding System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker for this procurement opportunity.
Bidders are strongly urged when creating or updating a Bidding System Vendor account to invite additional contacts to the vendor profile. This will permit invited contacts that have created their own login to manage their Vendor account and the Bid. In the event of vacations or illness, these additional contacts may act on the bidder’s behalf, have the authority to receive addendum notifications from the Bidding System, submit a Bid electronically through the Bidding System and withdraw and edit and acknowledge addenda.
Bids will only be received through the Bidding System. Hardcopy submissions or emailed submissions are not permitted.
