Project Description: The project involves conducting comprehensive tests, assessments, and repairs of ten (10) overhead automatic roll up doors at CSMS No. 2. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, man-lift equipment, and consumable materials required to carry out the following tasks on eight (8) 16’ x 16’ and two (2) 12’ x 10’ automatic overhead roll up doors at the CSMS No. 2 Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to, tests, assessments, adjustments, and repairs of the existing “Raynor” brand door components.
