Medical Gases for OCONUS Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) in Japan (Including but not limited to NH Yokuska and associated Branch Health Clinics, Kadena AB, Misawa AB, NH Okinawa, Camp Zama, and Yakota AB). The Government intends to award three (3) new five (5)-year firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). See attached HT941025Q2019 CSS Japan Medical Gases for more information.
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:
A. Update 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors–Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023);
B. Provide answers to the questions submitted in response to this CSS; and
C. All other paragraphs, provisions, and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
