Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Spring Creek Center Renovation
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Spring Creek Systems and Compliance project includes replacing all 8 existing split system air conditioning units with new. Existing CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units to remain. The replacement of existing fluorescent lighting with new LED lighting throughout. New flooring and paint throughout. Restroom remodel with new tile, partitions and fixtures. Computer/Data Room is getting a new raised concrete curb for data racks, new clean room ceiling, lighting, and a larger window for visibility from open office. Updates to door hardware for security as needed.
The estimated budget and Location:
Estimated Budget - $1,100 ,000 and $55,000 owner's contingency
