Description

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (“PCCA”) is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified firms or teams interested in PCCA’s Alternative Fuel Feasibility Assessment. The complete RFP can be found on the PCCA procurement website ( https://pocca.procureware.com/home ). Proposers must register on the PCCA procurement website to access the RFP.

Conduct a comprehensive operational and environmental study to assess the feasibility, implications, benefits and risks of transitioning from a diesel, gas, and propane fleet (all vehicles, equipment and machinery) to an alternative fuel fleet. The study report will provide a strategy for transitioning or converting the fleet and insights into operational performance, cost-effectiveness, environmental impacts, capital investment, long-term maintenance and performance, and implementation timeline to allow for informed decisions to be made on proceeding with the transition.
