Vendor Service Contract for Coverall, Shop-Coat, Uniform, & Towel Rental

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of April 3, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

The City's requirements for Apparel Purchases Ordinance applies to this bid.  The "Affidavit of Compliance for Apparel-Related Procurement" must be submitted with this bid.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.
