2025 - Water - Utility Bill Production, Printing, and Mailing Services NEW!

The City of Compton (City) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP), from qualified businesses (Vendors) to submit proposals for providing high quality utility bill production, printing, and mailing services for its utility bills at a competitive price.  The City’s intent is to select one vendor to perform utility bill production, printing and mailing services for approximately 20,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers monthly.

It is the intent of the City to contract for the services presented herein for a term of three fiscal years (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028), with an option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms.  The additional terms are subject to the satisfactory services and negotiation of terms, including price acceptance for both the City and selected Vendor.
