Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) intends to retain a Contractor to provide the establishment and maintenance of a temporary modular operational compound in the Kananaskis Region of Alberta. This compound will house multiple structures such as lighting, toilet trailers, storage trailers, office trailers, other trailers as well as parking for vehicles. The work may involve site preparation such as improvements to access roads and to the grounds of the existing compound as well as the provision of a generator. The work must include the delivery, and installation of one temporary modular building, one sea container and a toilet trailer as well as services associated with each structure (such as janitorial, refueling, fresh water replenishment, waste water removal etc.). The Contractor must also demobilize the site and remove all temporary structures.

The Contractor must complete the work by June 2, 2025.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; the second phase (Phase two) will send the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.

The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
