Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvements of Garrison Road, including sidewalk infill along the east side of Garrison Road along with bike lanes from Mill Plain Blvd to NE 12th St. New enhanced RRFB crossing is proposed across Garrison Road at NE 9th St. with two new street lights. The Contract includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, stormwater conveyance, stormwater treatment, water meter and hydrant work, paving with HMA, irrigation systems, erosion control, curb/gutter, sidewalk, traffic control, pavement markings, walls, illumination system, and landscaping and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The contract work shall be Physically Complete within 75 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed date.
