Project Description: This Contract provides for NE 18th Street from NE 97th Avenue to NE 107th Avenue. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, stormwater conveyance, treatment, water main, paving with HMA, irrigation systems, erosion control, curb/gutter, sidewalk, traffic control, pavement marking, walls, illumination system, and landscaping and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The contract work shall be Physically Complete within 240 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed date.
