Description
Effingham County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms for Phase II of the Effingham Regional Water Supply Facilities project, including construction of a new Raw Water Intake on the Savannah River and a new 12 MGD (expandable) Water Treatment Plant with all associated systems and infrastructure. The selected CMAR will provide full preconstruction and construction services, including estimating, scheduling, constructability review, subcontractor procurement, GMP development, and construction management.
