Please note the following, modifications, clarifications, additions and or responses to questions
to this RFP:
1) Questions & Answers:
Q: The commodity codes listed on the RFP are for new construction. Will this bid sheet be
for new construction only or maintenance and repairs as well?

A: The intent of this RFP is to issue individual task orders/PO for individual locations and
projects that will each define the task order request. The commodity codes were included
as reference and any additional commodity codes may be included as necessary, on a per
project basis.
Q: Appendix K Bid Sheet.
What commodity code are you using for:
Ironwork;
Cement;
General Laborer;
Operators:
Can you clarify or elaborate as to what type of Operators you asking prices for?
Should we provide these broken down by types of equipment operator; i.e. truck drivers,
Heavy Equipment, Light Equipment etc.?
A: You will submit the Proposal Form Appendix K Schedule of Fees as indicated in the
RFP for REGULAR TIME // OVERTIME in which you can provide services for general
construction tasks that are requested by the county on an on-call as needed basis as
indicated. All task orders for services over $60k will require a wage decision from the
County. The commodity codes were included as reference and any additional commodity
codes may be included as necessary, on a per project basis.
All other aspects of RFP 25-03 remain unchanged at this time. It is the responsibility of the
bidder to ensure all addenda have been received and acknowledged prior to submitting a bid. The
