Summary:
The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting responses for TreppCRE Subscription Service. Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 11:59 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted.
Project work includes the TreppCRE Commercial Real Estate Data & Analytics Platform.

Justification: Trepp, Inc. is the exclusive sole source provider of the TreppCRE commercial real estate data and analytics platform, and the only authorized entity to license, support, and distribute TreppCRE and its proprietary datasets.
