The Commonwealth is seeking a solution to provide IT staff augmentation services from an MSP. An MSP is defined as a prime contractor which utilizes multiple subcontractors to provide staffing resources and does not directly employ any of the staffing resources. The Commonwealth intends to use the solution provided by the selected Offeror to provide resources, subcontractors, and vendor management system (“VMS”) to meet the Commonwealth’s needs for IT staff augmentation services.
