This Addendum No. 2 is issued to modify RFQ No. DRLBA-07082026-04 for Demolition and Site Restoration
Services at 3298 Blanton Drive, Scottdale, Georgia 30079, issued by the DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority
(DRLBA). This Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and shall be acknowledged by all Vendors as
required in Attachment D of the RFQ. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the RFQ not modified herein
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
REVISION: MANDATORY PRE-SITE VISIT TIME
Section 5, "Mandatory Pre-Site Visit, Site Examination and Investigation," of the RFQ is hereby revised as follows:
The mandatory Pre-Site Visit scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026, shall now begin at:

Attendance at the Pre-Site Visit remains mandatory for all prospective Vendors. All other requirements, terms, and
conditions set forth in Section 5, Section 6 (Pre-Site Visit Safety and Access Requirements), and Section 7 (Property
Access Restrictions) of the RFQ remain unchanged and continue to apply.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Vendors shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 2 with their quotation submission, as required by
Attachment D of the RFQ. All other terms and conditions of RFQ No. DRLBA-07082026-04 remain unchanged.
