Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Proposals will be

received by the City of Asheville for the following:

Description of Work:

The Western North Carolina Nature Center in Asheville NC is in need of routine cleaning services for four

of its public buildings. Annually, the Nature Center welcomes an average of 175,000 guests and the

number of guests vary by season. All work must occur outside of the Nature Center’s hours of operation

between the hours of 6:00am-10:00am on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday including

any holidays that fall on these days so as to limit disturbance of guests and programs.
