Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Aerial herbicide application on a total project area of 10,934.2 acres near Vernal, UT.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: From time of award until October 3rd, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
