The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, licensing, and expertise necessary to maintain and support the existing CyberSecure IPS hardware and software infrastructure. This includes annual OEM license renewal, remote technical support, software maintenance, annual on-site preventive maintenance at Naval Air Station Key West, and user training. Further details are provided in the full Sources Sought notice.
Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages to include any questions they may have. The deadline for responses is no later than 9:00 AM EST on August 17, 2026. All responses must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or PDF format to: Contract Specialist: Sonia Boppell, sonia.m.boppell.civ@mail.mil and Contracting Officer: Lian Pinzon, lian.pinzon.civ@mail.mil. SUBJECT LINE: Sources Sought PDS Preventive Maintenance and Support Services.
