Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by March 5, 2026 at 2:00pm. All offers submitted after 2:00pm will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. This is provide maintenance services on the elevating devices, including all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and services, located at the National Defence Medical Centre 1745 Alta Vista Drive, in Ottawa. Mandatory arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on February 12, 2026 at 10:00am. Failure to attend will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 3:00pm, February 5 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend. Representatives must wear work boots. Offerors who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
