Project Description: The use of Opioid Settlement funds is restricted to programs that support the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and any co-occurring Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health (SUD/MH) conditions through evidence-based or evidence-informed programs or strategies. Funds requested must be for one-time (non-recurring) expenditures for shovel-ready capital projects.
