Film Production and Presentation at the American Geophysical Union Conference (AGU 25)

Oregon State University intends to contract for the production and presentation of films for the American Geophysical Union Conference (AGU25) from WebsEdge Ltd. as a sole source supplier. WebsEdge Ltd. has been determined as the single provider of the subject goods and/or services based upon an agreement between the American Geophysical Union (AGU) and WebsEdge Ltd. granting WebsEdge Ltd. the sole and exclusive right to produce and transmit content for AGU-TV at AGU25. Subject to this agreement there are no other suppliers that can meet the Oregon State University required specifications to produce and screen films at AGU25 via AGU-TV. OSU plans to present films at AGU25 to provide educational outreach about the Regional Class Research Vessels scientific outfitting capabilities, and to provide a construction update to the target audience of AGU scientists and attendees. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
