Description
The Burke County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2020 CAT 623K Elevated Pan, VIN# CAT0623KCWTB00409. This equipment has only 139 hours of use, is in excellent condition, and the starting bid is set at $700,000. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Burke County Board of Commissioners at P.O. Box 89, Waynesboro, GA 30830, and must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. The County has decided to contract this type of work in the future and, therefore, no longer has a need for the equipment. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a machine with very low hours and in outstanding condition. See attached document for specs and picture. Burke County BOC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
