R.M. of Silverwood No. 123 Gravel Crushing

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the RM of Silverwood No. 123 to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Gravel Crushing Services. The intended outcome of this competitive RFP is for the RM to establish a compliant contract for the purposes of Gravel Crushing for the RM.

The R.M. of Silverwood is located in S.E. Saskatchewan south of Whitewood. This RFP is for crushing 3/4" road gravel (plus rejectting of fines/clay) at one pit located just outside the southeast boundary of the R.M. The R.M. estimates there is between 20,000 and 30,000 yards of gravel remaining here to be crushed.

Crushing is to commence in the fall of 2026 and must be complete by October 31st. Payment will be made within 30 days of quantities being confirmed by a third party measuring by GPS. Details on what must be included in the RFP can be found in the attached document. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, proposed schedule and crushing experience and references.
