Freshman Campus Window Treatment Replacement

Howell Public Schools will receive firm prime contractor bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and other services to complete the following project: Freshman Campus Window Treatment Replacement located at 411 N Highlander Way, Howell, MI 48843. This project will consist of the complete replacement of window treatments at Howell High School Freshman Campus.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Howell High School Freshman Campus, 411 N Highlander Way, Howell, MI 48843, on Monday, February 16th, 2026, at 3:15 PM. Please meet at the High School Freshman Campus main entrance. This meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended to all bidders.

Bids must be delivered no later than 11:30 AM (EST), Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, to the locations indicated above. The Board of Education will not accept bids submitted after the date and time specified for bid submission. All late bid proposals will be returned to the bidder unopened. PreconSuite will not allow electronic bid submissions after the due date and time. Completing the electronic bid submission questions and uploading bid forms does take time, which must be accounted for and be fully completed and submitted prior to the bid due date and time.
