Purchase & Delivery of Diesel Fuel As Needed

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid # 26118, for the purchase and delivery of Diesel Fuel (ULSD Premium Diesel) for one year with the option to renew for two additional one year periods. Bidders must be able to deliver as needed to storage tanks at the DPW Highway Division located at 28 Poplar St. and must be available to provide fuel at a site within a three (3) mile radius of the Gloucester Public Schools Bus Terminal located at the O’Maley School. The fuel site must be able to accommodate School buses. Bids will be due and opened electronically on June 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Bid packages will be available on May 25, 2026 at bidnet direct.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
