Description
The Clarke County School District is inviting bids for Playground equipment and Artificial Turf for Gaines
Elementary School. Sealed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST
Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 1:00 PM (EDT) on March 26, 2026.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00am in the District Services Building,
(145 Paradise Blvd., Athens GA 30607) in the Nutrition conference room on the 2nd floor with a site visit
afterwards. Gaines Elementary is located at 900 Gaines School Road, Athens Ga 30605.
The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated per the school district¿s purchase order agreement. No
bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
