2025-547 Former Upper Sioux Agency SP Select Demolition
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the rental, mileage, labor, equipment, parts, materials, seeds, permits, licenses, fees, Gopher One call, tools, transportation, erosion control, site preparation, fill, incidentals, legal off-site disposal, and all else necessary to demolish and remove off site all debris including select buildings, vault toilets, landscaping, concrete pads and foundations, kiosks, structures, fuel tanks, fencing, waste materials within the site plot including septic tank removals, and rubbish piles, and any materials disposed of and all materials removed from throughout the former park. Upon completion of demolition and removal, grade, seed, and otherwise prepare site according to specifications.

Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection.
Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event.
Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project.
Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
***MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING on MARCH 4, 2025, 11:00 AM central, at the former Interpretive Building onsite. Responses received from contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. For assistance with directions or questions about meeting attendance, please contact the Project Manager, Tracy Beckman, at 507-766-5006.

Per Minn. Stat. § 326B.701, unless exempt, any Person, as defined by Minn. Stat. § 181.723, subd. 1(a), who performs public or private building construction or improvement services must be registered with the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).
