Rental: 42 inch Fork Lithium Electric Forlift . Preferred Specifications: Fork Height Min 15 feet and Max 23 feet. 4000 lbs load capacity. Load center 24 inches, axel center to fork face 14.6 inches, wheelbase 55.1 inches, free lift height 46.5 inches, side shifting forks, free lift 46.5 hydraulic steering, ZAPI controller, Battery 80V202AH Litium, soild pneumatic tires, and ergonomic handling and controls. The rental must include all items required for the forklift operation, including but not limited to the charger. The vendor will be responsible for the delivery and pickup of the rental to and from Big Muddy River Correctional Center. Prices must be F.O.B. DESTINATION with all transportation and handling included and paid by the Vendor. Delivery of forklift is to be delivered as soon as possible after being contacted by the facility. Delivery to be made to the facility warehouse receiving dock. Lease shall include monthly service inspection and maintenance as required. Delivery and pickup must be included in this price. Contract will be for an as needed rental for 3 (three) years. (contract is for three (3) one (1) month rentals for per contract year).
