Project Description: Invitation for Bids (IFB)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that specifications and proposal forms for furnishing all labor and materials and/ or construction services for the following project(s) funded in part by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs entitled:
Project: Roofing - 336 Penny Street –-GIFA 22-01
All Contactors must conduct a pre-bid site visit of the property before the sealed bids are due in order to be eligible for an award. The site visit date is 6/1/2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Interested bidders must schedule an appointed time by contacting Mr. Keenon Mikell at (412) 673-2113, ext. 100. The site is located at 336 Penny Street, McKeesport, PA 15132.
Bids will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on 6/4/2026 and open on 6/5/2026 at 3:00 p.m. during a virtual meeting. See the meeting link below.

Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442; Title VI and other applicable provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause (41 CFR 60 -1.4); Executive Order 11625 (Utilization of Minority Business Enterprise); Executive Order 12138 (Utilization of Female Business Enterprise); in compliance with Section 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; the Allegheny County MBE/WBE Program enacted July, 1981, which sets forth goals of 13 percent Minority and 2 percent Female Business Enterprise; and the Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12, setting forth goals of 5 percent Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
