Description

The National Defence Canada (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), through the Canadian Forces Health Services Group (CF H Svcs Gp), has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for the supply of Power Consoles (PC) with high-speed drills to replace their existing, outdated and less advanced, Hundson Brace hand drills.

The Power Consoles and high-speed drills are intended to enable 1 Cdn Fd Hospital R2B to carry out its mission to conduct lifesaving Damage Control Surgery for patients with neurosurgical damage.

RFSO # W6369-25-A032 was posted on 8 September 2025 on CanadaBuys under solicitation number W6369-25-A032, and closed on 20 October 2025. Due to a lack of compliant bidders, the solicitation is now re-issued under RFSO # W6369-25-A032/B.

The initial requirement is for two (2) Power Console units, delivered to Petawawa, Ontario, Canada, with consumable units for delivery on or before 31 March 2026.
