Request for Proposal

The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

EPCOR is seeking qualified Successful Proponent(s) to supply and deliver wood utility poles to EPCOR on an as-required basis and in accordance with the Technical Specifications in Schedule “D” – Attachments. It is EPCOR’s intention to award up to two (2) Contracts (a primary Contract for the highest scoring Proponent and a backup Contract for the second scoring Proponent in the RFP); the backup Contract is to be used in the case that the primary Contractor cannot supply and deliver as outlined in the Contract within specified Lead Times in Schedule “A” – Scope of Work, Article 4 – Lead Times.
