Requesting Monthly Water Service
5 Gallon Water and Cup Refills for Two Freestanding  Water Coolers
Service to Start: October 2026
Delivery of services must occur during work hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Mondays or Fridays.
We request a 9 oz cup size and 100/sleeve. (We order one sleeve per freestanding water cooler)
Monthly Bottle purchase may vary
Call back between monthly services are at no additional charge.
Please include an itemized quote with your purchase.
Vendor is responsible for sending invoice and service report to invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov.
Payments will be made in arrears monthly.

Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles intends to establish a multi - year agreement with the maximum contract term to determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticpated usage.

Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.

*Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles will consider our budget when processing an award to a supplier for items and services. Our agency must stay within our budget when awarding a purchase order.*
