A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at TIME 10:00 AM at the Nelson Center, Admin Office, 915 N. Nelson Street, Spokane WA 99202. The Mandatory Site Visit will continue at the Spokane Solid Waste Disposal, Waste to Energy Facility (WTEF) Admin Office, 2900 S Geiger Blvd., Spokane WA, 99224. **Only those bidders vendors who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at both locations will be able to bid. Contractors were required to sign the sign-in sheet for each site visit location.
