Basin #5 Berm Maintenance

MassDevelopment is accepting sealed bids for the Hospital Hill Development, LLC, Basin #5 Berm Maintenance project in Northampton, MA no later than 2 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the offices of MassDevelopment, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held on site at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Directions can be obtained by entering this address in Google Maps: 180 Earle Street, Northampton, MA (BASIN #5 is across the street). Work includes clearing and grubbing, installation of a Low Permeability Core, restoring top of berm to original elevation and associated grading, and landscaping as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.
