UCFS Healthcare, Norwich, CT is seeking bids for the removal and disposal of existing rooftop heating and cooling unit #5 at our Norwich Health Center located at 47 Town Street, Norwich. Upon removal, supply new rooftop heating and cooling unit. Set new RTU on existing I-beams and connect to existing ductwork. Bid should include a new 7.5-ton Trane TRU with dual enthalpy economizer, gas connections, electrical connections, duct connections. Bid should include sealing of roof penetration and permit. This project is funded by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health-BOND/HDPG funds. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract requirements.
