The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for janitorial service for our Hinton-Mitchem Poultry Regional Diagnostic Laboratory located at 1001 Industrial Drive, Hanceville, AL 35077.

(1) Service Location: 1001 Industrial Drive, Hanceville, AL 35077.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 2,000 Square Feet.
Suppliers will provide total monthly price to complete weekly, twice a week, and monthly tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
Service period: 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027

(2) Service Location: 1001 Industrial Drive, Hanceville, AL 35077.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 2,000 Square Feet.
Suppliers will provide quarterly price to complete the quarterly tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
Service period: 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027

(3) Service Location: 1001 Industrial Drive, Hanceville, AL 35077.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 2,000 Square Feet.
Suppliers will provide annual price to complete the annual tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
